Decent location.
Filthy rooms. No glass in window, replaced by cardboard. No stars at all.
Hotels in 3rd world countries are far better. The place was unsafe, filthy, filled with alcoholics or addicts. Room had a broken window, which had been replaced by cardboard. It was depressing when
I got in the room. Fortunately the weather was nice, and
I only used the room to sleep. It would have being unimaginable to spend half hour in the room with my eyes open.

Hated everything, room was tiny, unclean and bathroom was disgusting no towels or shampoo.

Great location, and very reasonably priced.
Sewer smell in the room on second night we stayed, left air on and bathroom fan ran all night long.
We stayed one night before and after our cruise. Location was great, loved the shopping and food across the street. Felt safe the whole stay. We did not venture into town on foot past Walgreens as neighborhood was iffy in that direction. We were looking for a low priced hotel in a safe convenient neighborhood. Paint was peeling and there was an oder on the second stay.

How dirty the hotel room was
This hotel could've just been a tad bit cleaner. The walls are falling apart all the pipes in the bathroom were corroded looks nasty as a matter of fact. And the bed gave me a feeling of bedbug bed.

It was well maintained, and very unattractive.
I was very disappointed with the hotel, as my last trip before this one was very satisfactory, and pleasant. I believe it was in Wisconsin.

Hotel was disgusting.
My family was leaving on a cruise out of Miami the next morning. This hotel is something out of the horror movies. I slept with my clothes on. Holes all in the walls really drab and disgusting. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else even if it is for just one night. Location is great.

It was filthy, it smelled, rugs were stained and walls were marked up.
This hotel was shocking. I have traveled considerably and it was the worst I've ever seen. In addition to the shabby conditions, the bedding was horrible, the shower nozzles were broken, the TV didn't work, there were no cups, no coffee machine, no working vending machines, no clock or alarm, etc.
