Free shuttle from hotel to airport.
Public transportation and environment.

Except the price and free shuttle to the airport, I will not recommend the hotel for the business traveler and family traveler. It is noisy.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The shuttle drivers were ungrateful for the tip I could afford.

The common areas of this hotel were nicely kept, but the room was not as clean as it should have been.

The bathroom was not very clean and hotel staff was incredibly slow.

The receptionist/the bar that was there was great.
It had a old smell in room/and not a warm welcome in the morning.

Need to be updated with the smell because its in a great location but no elevator to the 2nd floor and
I not family friendly.

The bed was comfortable.
Room was small and dingy looking.

We stayed in a end room at the top of the stairs. Outside entrance. The traffic outside the room was not conducive to sleeping well. The room was clean but was not real attractive.

liked the promptness of the staff when
I needed something.

didn't like the construction going on.

I liked the hotel it was not what I expected, but the staff made me feel welcomed, especially after I had to get off the interstate to go down through the city at 2am. They helped me find my way and were pleasant about doing it.
