Hard to find, tiny rooms, had to pay valet, restaurant way too expensive.

It was near a nice tourist area.
They didn't have free parking only valet.

It was nice and clean. It had a nice view of the water and the Miami skyline. But if you are traveling with children, I would not recommend it because they didn't have a continental breakfast and the parking was expensive.

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and they tried their best to accomodate guests. Two thumbs up for staff!
For a Marriott, hotel needs serious upgrade! Hotel is old and it does not have a good appearance. Walls and carpet are dirty. You can hear every noise

No question, hotel has an excellent staff. However they can only do so much. For a Marriott, this Hotel is falling apart. It needs serious and immediate renovations. Elevator is kind of slow, the walls and carpet are dirty. We could hear everything our neighbors did and say throughout our stay.

No hotel parking, rooms are smaller.

Valet parking is $23, but there are some parking spots on the streets. Hotel Charges extra $10 for double bed.

We were able to walk across the street to fresh market and to 2 other good restaurants nearby.
Parking is $23.00 and breakfast is 10.00, both very overpriced.

A comfortable hotel. Very nice, mature staff. No qualms with leaving my car with the valet .Good security.The gym was to die for. The best!

Hotel staff and accommodations were beyond expectation.
Valet parking fees.

Other than no optional parking this hotel was perfect and I would recommend it to any expected travelers.
