We needed to change rooms and they immediately and nicely accommodated us.
A $23 charge to valet park your car is absolutely and profoundly absurd.
Beautiful location, some of the nicest hotel staff members I've ever dealt with, ultra clean rooms, little to no noise to be heard, and fantastic price for the room, not for valet, which was absolutely absurd and I refused to pay it and chose to park on the street. Television in the rooms need an upgrade though.

Valet parking and the location.
Smelly air conditioner or maybe it was the carpet.
The hotel staff was really nice and accommodating. The valet parking guy was awesome, great service. For the price we matched in Priceline this was a really good hotel. The pool looked great even though I did not use it.

Although we had to pay for valet service, it was worth the money. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Breakfast was not complimentary.
I loved its Coconut Grove location. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The hotel was very cute and quaint and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The maid service was also excellent.

The carpet in the bedroom had a huge black spot. The bedroom was too small. No restaurant at the hotel. It is no located in a good zone.

Location in the Grove.
Ice machine in lobby. Very noisy pool area and I was unaware that you had to pay $23 per day for parking!
If you want to be near the action, but away from the noise in the Grove, this hotel is about perfect. Just remember, if you have a car the parking is by valet only and costs $23 per day.
