I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay at the as hotel. For the price the hotel can not be beat. The location is incredible and the beds are comfortable. I loved the outside porch/patio. It's a great place to sit out and enjoy a warm night with a cool drink in hand. The staff was incredibly accommodating; allowing my travel party a very early check in time after a long voyage. My only real complaint is the lack of parking. Paying for parking on new year's cost me almost as much as the hotel itself. read more

Excellent location and friendly staff, great spot to explore south beach, rooms basic and so would not recommend if you want hotel for more than base and a bed, for latter it is perfect for price.

This was a great hotel in the heart of south beach.

We've stayed at several different South Beach hotels during Winter Music Conference in March, and this one was the best so far. We enjoyed the central location, the amenities offered, the staff and the atmosphere. We would stay again.

We had one room with 3 people. The room was pretty big and comfortable. (one king bed, one sofa bed, two small couch and two bar tool with table). It is not super clean and new hotel but It is good price and good size room for 2-4 people. I wish they had a good bar.

Very good location, close to everything. Suite was larger than expected, plenty of room. Staff friendly, helpful. My biggest concern was safety, they should have security guards to ensure that these non-guests are not hanging around the property, doing illegal things!
