The bed was very, very comfortable to sleep in.
The transport from the airport to the hotel. It was very slow. I had to call several times for a pick up.

My son really enjoyed the hotel. He's 14 and liked it very much. He actually felt like staying at the hotel than joining me on the cruise ship.

First impression is important. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and willing to help. The continental breakfast was satisfying. The dining room was clean.
