Four Points By Sheraton Miami Beach

Great place, felt completely safe, very clean and comfortable beds. Great beach and boardwalk

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was located right off the hotel with convenient access to the beach. The staff was friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the area. It is located very near all the Miami South Beach attractions, just a short taxi ride away.

Valet took 15 minutes on average to get a car (26$ a night). 3 elevators - 2 for guests, 1 for employees, employee one and one guest elevator were not working and staff was using last one, so guests were waiting 30 minutes for elevator or using stairs. Room faced construction which starts at 7 AM. At the pool sign said 2 towels per person, towels were in plastic bag and guy who gave em did not speak English at all and would not give more than 1 towel beach chairs are 10$ etc. Not the best experience overall. read more

Outrageous parking fees at the hotel $25.00, but overall not a bad location and a decent room although not what I consider Sheraton quality.

Overall the hotel was nice relaxing good with the family, the only problem was that it was just a little too far (walking distance) to south beach & parking in the hotel was expensive.

Lobby and public areas were very nice and plush. Restaurant food value was poor, way over-priced. 3 entrees and a couple drinks were $130 plus (overpriced!). Rooms were small and hallways narrow due to age of hotel. Bathroom and closet space was fine. Decor was geat downstairs but room and hallway looked in need of update.

The lobby was deceptively opulant, but as soon as I got off the one working elevator, my stomach and heart sank. The carpeting and walls were dirty and in need of cleaning or a new paint job. The carpeting in my room was just as dirty. And worst of all, the bathroom wasn't entirely clean, which is a deal breaker for me.
