The staff was very helpful and friendly. The buffet in the morning was much more than I had expected and the food was very good.
The neighborhood was not what I had expected. When we first arrived at the airport we had to wait for over forty minutes for transportation.
The staff was wonderful but the hotel was not in the best neighborhood. The door was broke when we got top the hotel and my 85 year old mother and I had to walk through a parking garage to get to the lobby. Staff was good inside and helpful for food venues and room set up.

Location to airport.
No store or pharmacy with in walking distance.
The hotel day manager is wonderful and friendly and on the ball. She gave us a little flayer that listed restaurants, shopping and other things nearby. It was very helpful. Staff was friendly and I would recommend this hotel to any and I would stay there again.

Very clean and modern, great staff, good location centrally located.
Overall, we were very happy with this hotel. It was clean and modern, the staff was very nice and they delivered on everything promised. This was a very good hotel overall.

Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No pool, not enough shuttle times.
This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was either new or recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable especially after a long trip. The staff were very helpful. They even let us stay a little past the check-out time, since we were having trouble getting a rental car to continue our trip. The airport shuttle is the only thing we had any gripes about. We had to call them three times to come pick us up. We were told once that the shuttle had already come and gone. Apparently it comes only on scheduled times, not at 1:00 in the morning when we needed it. We ended up just taking a taxi after waiting for 45 minutes. read more

They were very accommodating and friendly.
One of the bathrooms behind front desk was a mess.
Its prefect for travelers who want a hotel, with a nice room, comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, a place to keep your luggage, if your planning on doing allot of day trips. Express breakfast had more choices then I expected, but the dining room got a little crowded at times, overall we enjoyed it.

Lobby staff was somewhat inexperienced.
The hotel was adequate for what we needed - a clean, convenient and economical place to stay for one night on our way to our final destination.

Room I had was the worse smelling room I have ever been in. Hotel was either unable or unwilling to move me.
Over priced and sub par rooms. Very bad smell in room.
