Very convenient to the AA Arena and the Waterfront Port.
Small, slow, and unreliable elevators. Had to be rescued by firefighters.

The hotel was nicely appointed and very conveniently located. The three elevators were not sufficient to handle a full hotel. They were slow, noisy and unreliable. Staff was not helpful when we asked to use the stairs.

It was not bad for an older hotel, clean and least had a restaurant.

We have stayed here before and love to stay here because it is close to the pier (we are cruisers) and Bay side.

Again we have stayed at this hotel 4 other times before leaving on a cruise. We love it that it is so close to the pier and we love shopping and doing excursions at Bay side. Love it, love it, love it. People were wonderful and our room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Hotel was close to boat harbor and restaurants big plus for visitors.
Water pressure in sink was low, air conditioner was not cold enough in one room.

Hotel was in excellent location, good restaurants, good friendly people. Stores for men not enough.

I liked the convenient location near the port and right across from bay side market place.

I loved the helpful front desk people, the pool was nice and the location is the best.
