Located in Waterford Corporate Park just minutes from Miami International Airport, the hotel is in the geographic center of Dade County. This allows for convenient travel to nearby Coral Gables and downtown Miami. The powdery white sands of Miami's South Beach are 15 minutes away. The Bayside Market is nearby, and ready to receive eager shoppers. The Miami Seaquarium and Miami Metro Zoo are just a short drive away. PET POLICY: Will accept up to two household pets per suite. Only one pet can be a dog weighing no more than 50 pounds. Cats must be declawed and house broken. A $150 USD non-refundable fee will be charged for a one bedroom suite and $200 USD for a two bedroom suite. Complimentary outdoor self parking is provided for registered guests. The rooms far exceeded our expectations. Our whole group was thrilled!
I cannot think of one thing that we didn't like about this hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel rooms were huge with full sized kitchens and every amenity you could possibly want. The staff was fabulous. They picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel for free, then they recommended restaurants and shuttled us to the restaurant of our choice for free. My mom was in a wheelchair and they catered to her every whim and the free hot breakfast buffet was better than any we have had at any hotel. The selection was huge! The pool is beautiful and the outdoor gardens were quiet and relaxing. By far, this hotel is one to revisit! read more

I think the friendly, helpful staff at the front desk made it a more pleasant a stay.
It would have been a bit nicer, had it been a little nearer town.

I was very impressed how lovely and clean it was. Very comfortable and a
very friendly staff. And on top of that there was even a fantastic breakfast. I will definitely go back there.

Not enough restaurant recommendations from front desk.

Spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with every imaginable amenity. Lovely pool, great breakfast included and quiet.

Great value for convenient airport access.

Similar concept to a Holiday Inn Express, but as a Hyatt, it was just a cut above. Very close to the airport, with a free shuttle, it was a newer property that was clean and friendly, and in a safe area (next to the Sofitel). An easy pick for a convenient stay on an overnight layover.
