This is one of the more attractive Intercontinental Hotels I've stayed in.
Can't really think of anything negative about the hotel.
Very nice, quiet, high-rise convention type hotel located on the Miami Port where you can see the cruise ships. It's a short taxi ride to the port..

High quality, friendly staff, very nice rooms with great views and wonderful Downtown location.
The $34/day valet parking seemed high.

Location is top notch for area.
Valet is $34 a day, some hidden fees. Bathtub did not work in 3 days.
Clean, staff is courteous, rooms are comfortable though a bit outdated especially TV. Only real complaint is tub didn't work, and we called at least 5 times to get it fixed. Would have really helped to have this working as it adds a romantic setting.

Great location and a friendly staff.
Parking was too expensive.
Accommodations were good, but I did expect a little more as far as linens quality. Carpet were kind of old and bath towels smelled. For a hotel like that they should have better housekeeping care. Overall, I had a good time staying there, but parking rates are outrageous! Its $34 per night plus you have to tip the valet every time they get your car.
