High quality, friendly staff, very nice rooms with great views and wonderful Downtown location.
The $34/day valet parking seemed high.

Location is top notch for area.
Valet is $34 a day, some hidden fees. Bathtub did not work in 3 days.
Clean, staff is courteous, rooms are comfortable though a bit outdated especially TV. Only real complaint is tub didn't work, and we called at least 5 times to get it fixed. Would have really helped to have this working as it adds a romantic setting.

Great location and a friendly staff.
Parking was too expensive.
Accommodations were good, but I did expect a little more as far as linens quality. Carpet were kind of old and bath towels smelled. For a hotel like that they should have better housekeeping care. Overall, I had a good time staying there, but parking rates are outrageous! Its $34 per night plus you have to tip the valet every time they get your car.

Very impressive location, lobby, bar, room, & staff.
$34 valet parking with no other apparent option.
This hotel was staffed with the kind of highly trained and exceptional people that perfectly suited a waterfront Miami 4 Star hotel. At every point of interaction with the staff you could tell they were selected and trained at a much higher level than even other 4 star hotels. The room was very comfortable and the shampoo etc., was of the highest quality I have ever experienced. We were given a free room upgrade by a very sharp and competent clerk and treated very professionally at the business oriented bar. The public spaces are world class, the location first rate, and the rooms only slightly aging in their slightly modern style. The bed and sheets were really wonderful and the view of the Miami harbor made me wish I had been able to bring along my wife. The bathroom was unusually large with the capacity to close the door on the sink area (two large sinks) as well as the toilet and tub/shower room. The shower head was spa quality and just one more lovely extra in a very enjoyable stay. All this was enough to make me (sort of) overlook the $34 a night valet parking which is the only option for those driving a car. read more
