Very nice, friendly, priced right, helpful staff.
Maybe a little too much chlorine in jacuzzi.

I would definitely enjoy staying there again and recommend it to others.

The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always eager to help with anything. Room were spacious, comfortable and very clean.
The walls were kind of thin. Someone in room next door hit snooze on alarm for about an hour and it kept me awake.

From the moment we walked into the lobby, the concierge was very welcoming and helpful. The staff was always eager to help with anything we asked for. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spacious.

Shower was small.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. They made you feel very welcome.

It was a suite.
Location was too far north in Naples almost to bonita springs!

The staff was very friendly and the room was a large suite with a balcony. There were two new flat screen televisions and the bath towels were the best. Wish breakfast had been included. The location was way north in Naples and that added time to our drive back to the city and Marco Island.

Friendly staff...liked two room suite.. Liked access to computer/internet so we could print off boarding passes for trip home.
Room was musty/ stale...air freshener obvious and unpleasant.

Nice lobby and restaurant, friendly staff, ...on busy highway which was convenient for travel... could hear highway when in pool area.
