Excellent property located on RT 41 in Central Downtown Naples.
No complaints whatsoever.

This Hampton Inn located on RT 41 in in central downtown Naples FL is a very well kept up property. Bedding is top rate, refrigerator in room and great parking. Continental breakfast and friendly staff too.

lot of noise while sitting by the pool.

Stayed in 4 hotels on my week long trip and this was by far the best. It was quiet, which I expected, and relaxing. Internet worked no problem unlike other hotels where the signal was weak. Plenty of parking and short drive to beach, restaurants, etc. Breakfast wasn't the greatest- just grabbed a muffin and coffee before we left.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was easy to get to downtown Naples and the location felt very safe. The hotel was quiet and looked like it had been modernized recently, based on bathroom fixtures and bedding. Wireless internet worked perfectly. My only complaint was that there was only basic cable and since I was traveling alone for work, I would have liked to be able to watch more shows on TV. read more

Breakfast seating area is too small.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you are visiting Naples. Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable, and breakfast is good - about what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. My only complaint was the breakfast area didn't have enough seating, but it wouldn't keep me from staying there again.
