This has the potential to be a great hotel. The rooms, pool area, fitness center and other public spaces are very nice. However, there seems to be a real lack of care and attention to the details. Housekeeping was deplorable. I stayed 9 days and my room wasn't serviced 3 of those days, apparently because I had the DND sign on the door in the morning. My experience at other hotels is that they check back later to see if the DND sign has been removed but not at this hotel. When I called guest services to complain, there was no apology and I never received a call from management to follow up. Other problems - the internet was often either down or extremely slow. There were no towels provided by the pool, so you had to get a towel from your room. None of these things ruined my stay but I think they show a general lack of care for the guests. read more

Awesome hotel. Excellent customer service. Very friendly.

Clean hotel rooms and conveniently located next to the highway, shops and restaurants.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the new carpet and very nice comfy bed.

Much improved from a few months ago when I was there.

I liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Very clean and rooms were recently renovated.

Decor was beautiful, very clean and quiet. Elevator slow and loud. Great big flat screen TV.
