they were accommodating with changing our room
the first room we were given had problems-bath door hinge breaking, stool seat loose, TV remote only worked up close to TV

I would stay at this hotel again as convenient to various locations; staff very friendly, hot breakfast buffet; large rooms. However, was confused as when first checked in signed a form listing priceline without a price shown. Then at check-out was given another paper to sign. After leaving realized the price was lower than what priceline quoted and also, not sure if now will be charged twice-once by priceline and again directly by the motel which was a lower price than priceline. read more

Close to everything I was interested in seeing in Jacksonville.
Directions to hotel not quite right.

My grand daughter and I were on a trip for her 16th birthday over spring break. This was an excellent stop and stay place to visit family and the beach. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and had daily maid service.
The pool was too small. The breakfast was not very good.

This was our first time in a Best Western hotel but I would definitely stay in another due to the cleanliness of this one. It had all of the accommodations we needed and it was located near stores and restaurants.
