TV remote was off the shelf and broken. I left a 0545 wake up call with the lobby, and they forgot to call.

Front desk was friendly and helpful.
Shuttle driver hardly spoke to us.

Overall, I guess the hotel was appropriate for it's star rating. The room was a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke and air freshener. There weren't any towels at the pool area. The cereal at the continental breakfast was stale. However, the woman at the front desk was friendly.

Hotel internet gave me several viruses to my lap top.

The hotels internet gave my lap top in excess of 40 seperate worm type viruses. I would not take my lap top there again. It has taken about a week to get rid of them all, at least that is what I'm hoping. I'd be happy to supply a copy of my virus report describing them.

Close to airport and free transport.
Iron being attached to board. Ironing is difficult already without this hazard.

If you are looking for a inexpensive overnight before heading to the airport, this is a good bet.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Also, the room was clean and very nice.

The hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and courteous and fulfilled our needs (especially the night shift gentleman). I used to manage a hotel so I have an idea of what is expected. Also, the airport shuttle worked out wonderful - not to mention she was one of the best drivers I've ever met. The breakfast was also wonderful. Overall, I was very, very impressed with this hotel. read more
