Clarion Inn & Suites At I-Drive/Convention Center

We ate at the IHOP next door. Hotel has restaurant inside, but breakfast was not included in room price. An extra $3.50 was charged at time of check-in (desk clerk said this was for amenities, when I asked what those were, it was explained that they are tables/chairs in room!) I paid it, but felt deceived about total price for room.

Pretty good.

All the items in the room that you would use such as the iron, the coffee maker and the alarm clock did not work correctly. They replaced the coffee maker and the iron but the replacements did not work much better. I would not have even thought to go in the pool. It looked green on the bottom. The hotel staff assigned my room to another person on my second night there. This person just opened the door! Scared me to death. For the price, not bad at all.

For the price we paid it was great overall. Restaurant facility too small. Breakfast or free coffee in lobby not offered but coffee maker with supplies were available in our room. We entered through a lateral entrance closer to our room but there was no elevator nearby. We actually never saw one. Inconvenient for people staying upstairs or with disabilities. Free internet too weak and completely unreliable. Comfortable room and beds. Nice flat screen TV. All very clean. ...read more

We will probaably stay at this hotel again when we visit here the next time.

Breakfast buffet was not good but everything else was good - beds were nice everything was clean.
