I liked the shuttle service to Disney. Especially the driver, he was the bomb.
No supervision in game room. Hotel didn't seem to enforce their own rules which were posted.

Rooms were clean but the Hotel didn't enforce their own rules about no children under 12 in game room with out adult supervision. I was hit 3 times with pool stick from children by them selves rough horse play. On the positive side the shuttle driver Franklin was the most informative person and the highlight of the stay. Would not opt for this hotel again. Too many unsupervised children. Front desk was understaffed all ways a wait of at least 5 minutes. read more

The receiving CS Rep was friendly and kind
The carpet was old and the room had an unpleasant smell, bath was not as clean. No refund policy at the arcade room!

The dinner buffett is well worth it, the contemporary free buffett was great and the paid for breakfast buffet was excellent for the price :) Overall I was satisfied except for the carpet and the bathroom and the fact that they don't refund if the arcade keeps the tokens! Other than that I absoluteley recommend it was good!
