Exceeded my expectations. My second time at this hotel. This time there were no problems as before.
Towel racks should not be over the toilet in the bathroom.
Although there were burn holes in the bed blanket and sheets the rest of this stay was great. The office wasn't open when I checked out at 6:30 am so I slid my door keys through the office door. Very nice office person, offered me the same rate if I were to stay another night.

It had a kitchen.
Only one trash can,one roll of toilet paper. Smelly, broken heater.
The hotel is very bare and cold when you walk in. The desk is located in the back of the building. When you get in the room, it's pretty spacious for 1-2 people.They had one toilet paper roll and one wastebasket. The heater started to smoke when I turned it on and the smoke detector started to sound off. The front desk was called and they said call if it happens again.

Non-smoking room not available.
Requested non-smoking room. Was given a very
smelling smoking room. TV did not work, it would not even turn on. I stepped on glass and cut my foot in the carpet next to the bed. I will be staying in this area often over the next few years, but will definitely not stay here again.

bad mold smells along with mildew in bathrooms
Great location to the University of Central Florida which is where we wanted to be. But when I put in my bid it was for 2 beds. We were given a room with 1 bed. I called priceline, they called the hotel and we were upgraded to a 2 bed room at no extra charge. That was a very wonderful resolution. I would rate the stay as great if the hotel wasn't so run down with all the mold and mildew. read more

Dirty couch, carpet, odor hard to identify. No quality at all.
I am a well traveled senior, who has a good idea of economy lodging and also of dumps. this place is a dump, and anyone who books this hotel should be told there is no daily housekeeping for the rooms.
