Location was nice, lots of restaurants in walking distant.
Pool water was not warm enough for swimming.

The staff was very friendly, location was great. We visited Island of Adventure and Universal Studio and the location of the hotel was great. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
No refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms; big problems.

I appreciate always having the USA Today newspaper delivered under my door. I didn't appreciate that I arrived at 1 p.m. and there wasn't a room ready for my arrival. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. I thought that was really odd. Overall, the place was well kept and clean. The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Other than not having a refrigerator and a microwave in my room. I enjoyed my stay. read more

It is convenient to many restaurants.
Small room, it did not have a table to have coffee in the morning.

I would recommend this hotel for business traveler, definitely not for a romantic getaway.

Needs better quality control. 10 minutes after checking into room and purchasing pay-per-view movie, the TV loses connection to the movie system, and ALL television programming. Maintenance personal cannot restore TV programming, so they move us to another room. In the new room, the extra-cost internet system does not work. Also various light bulbs are blown. Friendly maintenance personnel are able to perform a workaround to get internet access to the room. Only 1 restaurant and 1 cafe on this property. Food in both facilities is inferior. read more

hard cookies..but gave us a voucher for new ones

we loved every minute staying there...and we only live 45 minutes away...and will definitely stay there again.
