Family Traveling with Young Children
Our room was not ready at 5 pm (check-in was 3 pm). Clerk was to call us when our room was ready, 2 hours later we still had no call. At almost 8 pm we received our room. Our gate key to exit the parking lot did not work for the first 3 days. Housekeeping was poor, with incomplete work each time.
Hair all over the floor of our room. Coffee pot was filthy. We would not stay in this hotel again. ...

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It is great for families visiting Sea World and Disney World. It is at a convenient location and there are many good restaurants nearby.

The mattress was old and I have seen better beds at Days Inn. Even the exhaust in the bathroom was not working.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone! It is directly beside Sea World but extremely close to all Disney parks, too which is where we had tickets to. The staff was out of this world friendly. The rooms and common areas were immaculate.

I would expect.
Overall hotel was nice, staff was good, grounds were beautiful, rooms in tower OK. Eight dollars a day to park.
