We experienced several problems from the moment we checked in. The room wasn't ready when we arrived. It wasn't clean when we got in the room. The drinking fountains in the lobby were out of order. We were told that they hadn't worked in months. The juice machine used at breakfast was the only source of water and it was promptly shut off at 10 am when the breakfast bar closed.
This motel is in a great location - but we will never stay there again. There are many competitors to chose from in the immediate vicinity. I wish we would have stayed at the Hampton Inn which was right next door. I don't want to sound too critical, but this business needs to really improve. They obviously have staffing and food cost problems. I spent my entire business career in the food service/ hospitality industry - over 35 years. I know a lousy operation when I see one. read more

This hotel was obviously remodeled. They cut costs by not putting any insulation of any kind between the walls or between the ceilings/floors: Everything the guest(s) was doing directly above our room was audible, same for the guest(s) next door. We toughed it out, but did not sleep much at all until after 3 am or so. Desk clerk was not helpful; found it humorous, said she would refer situation to her boss. Waited for clerk almost 1/2 hour while she and another guest blabbed on & on about almost their entire life stories! Room setup is great concept. read more

The staff let a group of teens be very loud and they seemed very lazy if you go to the counter they stay sitting in back office and yell back and forth to see what you need.

Good location. Comfortable bedroom with fully equipped kitchen. Not the best pool. Not the best breakfast.
