Great hotel if you are in Orlando for the attractions. Decent location, well maintained and they have a free shuttle to the attractions.

The staff is excellent with our demand and issues we had.
Our room furniture is a bit run down.

The staff will always greet me any time
I went through the lobby and always ask us if we needed any assistant in our travel.

We were unaware of a large football game in town.

We had a nice stay but it would have been nice to know about a large football game in the area at the time of our visit. I would have chosen another hotel further from the crowds.

The staff was excellent.
Trouble with AC.

Hotel was excellent. The staff was amazing. We did have some issues with the AC in our room and we were upgraded to a studio suite at no charge. Also given complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Ordered room service and the food was surprisingly good. Breakfast was also really good for hotel food and the wait staff was very attentive and pleasant. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!! read more
