Layout was excellent, rooms were nice, pool/hot tubs were excellent.
Charge for parking, hallways were dirty.

Overall I would stay here again-very nice property. I checked in on a Friday and left Tuesday morning and the hallway floors had not been swept once on the floor that I was staying on. They need better cleaning service-I don't think they vacuumed my room once during the entire stay.

The lobby was very spacious and clean, the front desk help were not only helpful but friendly as well. The hallways were very spacious and the lighting was comfortable and safe. The rooms were very clean comfortable and the view was nice. Bathrooms very clean and plenty of hot water.

The Hilton-Orlando was a resort hotel with friendly, helpful staff and all the amenities you would come to expect.

From the moment we arrived we were met with friendly, helpful hotel staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our view from our room was overlooking the pool complete with slide, and lazy river. We swam, played Bocce ball and sat by the fire pit at night. Overall a wonderful stay at a high-end hotel.

The service from all staff was outstanding.
Nothing to change, keep up the good work.

From the moment we pulled up the staff was so friendly and helpful, I have stayed in several hotels and have never experienced such hospitality. The room was immaculate and well maintained.
