The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful.
The manager is a liar.
Got charged a fee for smoking which was false and didn't find out until I was checking out. But they said it happened on Saturday why didn't they tell me right away so I could dispute the issue. The manager and housekeeping came to the room checked it out and said everything was fine, but they still hit me with a fee, not happy at all.

It was quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient. Husband on business. Wife on vacation.
It was great for my husband who was on business and for me (wife) as a good place to relax and have a quiet time. Appreciated the good desk area, couch, little fridge, great television & good channels. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. People next door had 3 children but we never heard them in our room. Good sound proofing at least for the walls. read more

The Staff was amazing, the beds are super comfy, location was awesome
All good nothing bad to say.
This hotel was really nice. The decore is up to date. The beds and pillows are awesome. The staff was extremly helpful. The location was amazing to Sea World. You never have to get in the car to go to a restaurant, you can walk to about 20 different places including a Walgreens drugstore. The pool was fine and never really crowded, just a little small, but not bad. I will stay here again. If I could give the staff a 10+ I would. read more

Staff was great. room was clean and upscale. great hotel.
Bathroom was a little small.
Person that checked us in was great and friendly very detail orientated. I told her we were celebrating my daughter birthday and to our surprise she brought up a small cake and candies for both children in the party for my daughter's birthday. Felt great. The room was better than expected and very upscale and modern. I Would stay there again.
