Great location with well appointed rooms!
slow elevators.
This was a sweet deal of a hotel, literally across the street from universal studios. The staff was so helpful when I came to check in and the hotel was quiet enough at night.

the staff was the best and took care of us as if we were their own family.
there was nothing at all to dislike
We will be staying again when we are in the area. My sister and I had the best time when we were there and enjoyed the staff so much. Our room was so comfortable and kept clean to our satisfactions. Your front desk staff had us laughing all the time and the handy man was a riot. Couldn't say enough about the staff that you have there. Any question we had they found the answer for us and got directions and rides if we needed them. A big thank you to them for taking care of us while we stayed there. We will definately reccommend the Hyatt to everyone we know to stay there. read more

The staff was THE BEST! Our room was very spacious. Nice big screen TV. Close to Universal Studios.
No actual restaurant for sit down dining.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I liked the 24 hour food service and the big rooms with refrigerator.

The modern look of the lobby and the room.
The elevators were old and scary.
The staff were all nice, the hotel looked new and clean, pretty large choice of food for a continental breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay at the hyatt place and it was in a perfect location to all the attractions. The staff was very enjoyable!
