I wish I brought my gun!

There are a variety of bugs and dust over the place, unbelievable dirty place and unsafe. I heard guns shots in the early night. The desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass, imagine!

This place was old the staff didn't give us our wake up call over all not a good place for children.

Put it to you this way. I was told by the guy working there not to go out after 8 p.m. this and any hotel on Orange Blossom Trail is not safe after dark. The rooms were nasty dirty.

Located on a major street, the hotel provided a fairly clean yet spartan room. TV and bathroom appliances worked fine. Room was equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. Biggest disappointment was inoperable internet, as I had work to do prior to my departure. A call to the front desk got a response that it had rained the previous day and the internet would never work after rain. read more

Bed was propped up on phone books, bed sagged, room was not real clean, and bathroom was wet from ceiling dripping. Thug music played until wee hours of morning (didn't bother me because I'm used to it, but did note it). Customer service was great though, I lost an item in the room and they sent it to me for free. Internet was free (and fast).
