Parc Corniche Condominium

My wife, kids and I stayed in a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo for a single night while heading to south Florida. It was about 5 miles from the Florida turnpike. The room was clean and comfortable, much better that staying in a hotel and almost equal in price. I do not believe that we would want to stay here for a week, but for a single night, it worked well.

It was old, dingy and the beds were horrible. The TV sets were from the 70's and the breakfast was less than expected for continental. We picked it because it had a full kitchen and there wasn't even a stove or knives!

The suite was clean, well decorated and the facilities were well maintained. It was centrally located to all our activities. Nearby shopping was a plus, including a mini-market located on the site. It was quiet and relaxing. I was very pleased and would stay here again.

We were very happy with this hotel choice. The cost was extremely satisfying and worth every penny. It's not the fanciest of hotels but it was clean, in a great location and friendly staff. We liked very much the full kitchen and separate bedroom for privacy since we were traveling with young kids. We will definitely stay there again!

They could update the decor and get larger TV's. I will stay there again!

The location was great and in a quiet setting, the rooms were spacious enough, however the rooms were in need of repair and remodeling. We stayed on the ground level unit and could hear the guests upstairs walking around and slamming doors.

We had a 2 bed/2 bath condo unit that was perfect for our party of 6. The continental breakfast was nothing fancy but it was free, so it was great!

The hotel was satisfying until we had a problem. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful because everyone told you something different and we ended up paying for an extra night because of bad communication with staff. The property was a little old but besides that the stay was worth the price.
