The staff was awesome.
Room smelled musty, had to buy Febreeze.

The hotel is a new hotel in a great location. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the way the room smelled. It was a musty smell but a can of Febreeze seemed to help.

This was an excellent hotel with friendly and courteous staff and was kept very clean. I enjoyed my stay here and would use this hotel anytime I travel.

Computer for guest use.
Small room, no closet & no in room coffee pot.

The room was tiny, there was no balcony, the windows don't open so it's a safety hazard if there is a fire and all the parking is up front so there is no way to park where you can keep an eye on your vehicle. Also the bathroom is a very small sort of triangle room, you can't close the door and have any amount of space.

The hotel is quite clean and not very crowded.
The gym and swimming pool is too small.

The hotel is quite ok for the price, clean and easy to find. But the facilities is not very excellent and the staff is indifferent not very warm.

Dirty - food on floor - hair in bathroom.

This hotel was marginal. It was not very clean, so I was a little bit uncomfortable staying there. There are not too many hotels to choose from in Palm Bay, so I stayed here. They need to do a better job, cleaning the rooms.
