The room set up was perfect for my needs.
Hotel was in serious state of disrepair.

The hotel from the outside and the common areas inside are very well kept. However, upon entering my room, it was clear they have not maintained the hotel and it's in the early stages of major disrepair. The rooms were clean, but there was no hot water (despite letting the shower warm for 45 minutes). The service was okay, but overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not worth the rate I paid. read more

No phone in the room. No coffee pot in the room. No trash can in the room.

Clean but, when my wife got sick and I had to leave her alone, I discovered the room had no phone. Later, I learned that a friend had called my room and left some urgent messages for me but I never knew it because - no phone. Also, there was no trash can in either the washroom nor the kitchen area.

Spacious.
Only cleaned the rooms every 4 days.

The breakfast was a joke, and they didn't clean your room daily, other than that, since it was nearly new it is in good shape.

Upon entry of the bathroom, it appeared that someone had
used the toilet and did not flush it and it had to have been there for a couple of days.
