Friendly staff, great location, and good breakfast bar.
No complaints.

We selected this hotel for the central location. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate, and well stocked even late in the morning. If you are planning on touring most of the local historic sites, this hotel is a clean, pleasant choice. We walked to virtually every venue. The beach is about fifteen minutes away. Take the schooner cruise. It was wonderful. read more

The Staff is Fabulous! Always friendly & helpful; willing to go the extra mile.
Needs some interior repairs and better bed linens & more parking.

We go to St. Augustine 3-4 times per year and I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The staff there makes ALL the difference.

Other than the extremely small parking lot (and a heavy bleach smell when we first got in the room that dissipated over time), there really was no problem with the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They allowed us to check in early, and gave us a couple of coupons for nearby restaurants.

Within walking distance to the Historic District of St. Augustine.
There wasn't a thing I did not like about this hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a convenient location and close to all attractions in town. The room was clean and well kept and the price of the room was reasonable. All in all my stay with Best Western was an exceptional value! Thank you.
