Situation of the hotel.
Dirty, depressing, noisy.

Only good for business men who get up in the morning at 6 o'clock because of the enormous noise of slamming doors (system) and no insulation at all. Incredible. But then the price is also much too high for the dirty(hair all over) rooms and Grey towels ( were white in a very long history).

Poor front desk staff, definitely not greeted with a smile.

Again the Hilton Garden Inn was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice, clean and comfortable.
We had a hot tub in the room and rust was in the water just in the hot tub. That needs a little work.

Great place to stay close to the beach. A couple of miles from the light house and four miles from the historic area. All I can say was Great!

Poor business practices of hotel.

Need to train desk workers to be polite. Need to retain sign in lobby stating breakfast is $8.99 instead of removing it.

The room was very roomy for a family of 6.
Could not keep AC fan running without freezing.

It was clean, nice and roomy, very accommodating for children. The pool was a little dirty, but we were at the beach anyway. Very good location. Easy to get to beaches, and downtown St. Augustine area. Highly recommend for the cost.

Right across from the beach.
Breakfast is all you can eat for 9 bucks doesn't better if you only wont just one waffle.

All and all I'm very pleased clean place near every thing in town. Right near the city pier so if there is any surf for surfers this is one of the better places. Very pleased with our stay.

I like that it was close to the attractions.
The room had a very bad smell, it was like mold. The AC did not cool properly and the bed was not comfortable at all.

The outside of the hotel looks fine and the staff was very nice. My disappointments are the smell in the room, uncomfortable bed and the lack of amenities.
