It was clean, staff helpful. Chose not to eat there.
Main building and lobby separated by outdoor hall. In rainy weather, not good. Also, hard with children to leave building.

We would stay there again.

Location was good...overall was clean.
Phone did not work...paint peeling on bathroom tile.

Was just OK. Smelled smoke in the hallway. Elevator was scary slow.

The location was great and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It is an older hotel and consequently has a problem with humidity.

This hotel has a terrific location on the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service and food in the restaurant is above average. It is an older hotel that has been recently remodeled. The shower has good water pressure but the drain is a little slow.

How helpful and friendly there were.
The view from our room, it smell a little.

We had planed a romantic anniversary trip to St. Augustine. We want to hang out at the beach and enjoyed the old part of the town as well. Our trip was short live, because my husband encounter food poisoning. Our evening was spent at Flager hospital from 9 pm to 7 am the next day. I called the front desk and ask for a late check out so we an sleep in and get some energy before our ride home. The front desk staff was so understanding. read more
