Location.
I got a smoking room and I didn't want that.

Check-in was a breeze, no problem. The room was large with microwave and fridge. It appeared that a lot of upgrading was going on as far as countertops and tub walls. Free breakfast was good and well displayed. All considered it met our need to rest and move on the next day.

It was convenient to where I was going. Friendly staff.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they put me in definitely had smokers in it. It smelled bad, and my bed clothes smelled like cigarettes.

It's of fair quality. Nothing special. The good thing is that there are refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers in the room. Also, hair dryers and ironing boards and irons. That was good. The sheets were too small for the bed and pulled out. The sheets were of very poor quality. The towels were very poor quality.
