It was a clean place.
The staff.
Overall it was a OK hotel. By no means was it a resort. My first room flooded when it rained and the front had no idea the room would flood. But the engineer guy could not believe they put a guest in that room (he said they always have problems on the ground level). I would never ever stay there again.

We loved the pool, access to the beach and the amenities
really cannot think of anything but paying $10/night for parking
The hotel was beautiful and made us even want to come back and spend an entire week. The staff was wonderful and we were sad we didn't choose this hotel for our pre-cruise stay as well b/c our south beach hotel was not a good experience pre-cruise at all. Beds had down duvets and were like sleeping on clouds, rooms were big and comfy.
