Rooms need to be quieter.

Very nice Hotel located in down town Tallahassee , with in walking distance to FSU for the games or visiting your children at school ..... Good downstairs restaurant with plenty of local choices near by for variety .....

Good TV, good bed, space in the room att. restaurant.
Not real friendly, no one around mostly, not easy to find.

Ordered dinner full course steak and the quality was poor. It was located downtown on the corner of a one way street and a two way street. Hard to get my car in the front drive and waited for 25 minutes for someone to come get my car for valet service. Room was good, TV good, bed good decor was nice, very clean. I would return but give directions to the chef and not order steak. read more

Convenient; great location.
Carpet was dirty and there was a roach in the room.

Our group was disappointed with the soiled/dirty carpet and the roach problem. This made our stay very uncomfortable and we checked out early (7:00 a.m) the next morning.

Did not like the fact that it has a smoking floor. No HD in guest suites.

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the downtown location, the lovely view of the Tallahassee skyline from the window of our guest room, and the overall feel of the building.
