Chase Suite Hotel Tampa

Nice place, clean rooms and
nice kitchen area.

This is a great hotel - we loved the suites & want to stay here again - comfy large beds, spacious rooms - more like a condo than a hotel room.

Nice suite and reasonable through Priceline.

The location was really good, easy to get to the airport. The hotel room was a good size, allowed us to spread out. The interior of the room seemed very dirty and dated. The mold in the shower was not acceptable. The pool was small, but would be okay for kids to get wet.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were ample and the breakfast buffet was very good. The price was excellent for the accommodations.

This location was 10 minutes from the airport and right between St. Pete and Tampa. Good restaurant next door and several within 5 minutes. Staff was very helpful, pool was exceptional and morning breakfast was great. Mattresses need replaced. A lot of the repairs to the walls, ceramic tile, etc., reflect poor quality.

Room was nice and big. Had small black bugs in bathroom, and units had no elevators so you had to lug luggage up the stairs.

Hotel 4.3 miles from heart of Historic District. When we arrived there were two couples waiting to talk to front desk personnel regarding problems with computer hook-up and the spa. Front desk staff did not seem to think this was her problem at all and acted as if it would be unreasonable to have these issues resolved over the weekend.
