Friendy and helpful staff. Nice rooms, the bed slept really well and minumin noise level.
The stairs were difficult to locate.

Customer service was excellent.
The method of payment was not showing in their system.

My reservation number was not showing in their system. I had to provide a copy of my email confirmation to them. After that everything was really good. This must be corrected.
