The hotel staff was very friendly especially the gentleman from the overnight shift.
Headboard fell down on one of the beds in the room suddenly.

This hotel was awesome, I was spending my birthday in Tampa and the hotel staff was more than accommodating and friendly especially the overnight gentleman, I will definitely stay here again!

Great free breakfast & ice cream; excellent front-desk staff.
Pool water was not heated enough.

This hotel has excellent service with extra value in its free hot/cold breakfast as well as free ice cream treats in the evenings. The hotel and surrounding neighborhood is new (staff member said hotel was built in 2004), and police car was always parked outside (we saw officers eating breakfast), so we felt quite secure! Although I didn't meet the manager, she is obviously doing a wonderful job, especially in hiring and training her staff. read more

At check in beer was offered to all other guest at check in and only water to myself and guest. It should have been made known it was available later.

Customer service was great and the housekeeping was top notch.

Excellent staff, very clean. Great location for getting around Tampa.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Complimentary HH for adults and ice cream for the kids in the evening. Room was
very clean and grounds very well maintained!

That they gave you free water or beer when you checked in!
That there wasn't ice on every floor.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Check in was quick, lobby was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. It did take awhile for it to cool off in the room, but then was fine. Front desk staff were very friendly. Its an odd location in my opinion, but is near many restaurants and the interstate. The only real complaint is that the elevator was slow! Otherwise it was a fine place to stay. Exceeded what I expected. read more

It was great from the word go. From the moment I checked everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. At the front desk they were friendly and helpful willing to assist in any way. Our room was very well kept the pool was lovely. It was just great all around.

It was clean, in safe area, with sufficient amenities.
Room not ready at arrival, toilet ran, some kids noise.

It's location was convenient and the amenities, pool, workout room, breakfast room, business computers and Wi-Fi access was very good. I would recommend this hotel and would return for a stay in the future.

The friendly staff upon check in and during the entire stay.
Having to use a key to enter the building 24 hrs a day (except lobby doors) this is hard with luggage and little ones.

The stay meets and exceeded our expectations. Amenities were great. Free beer or water at check-in. Free ice cream nightly from 8-10 pm. The hot breakfast bar was good. Overall very accommodating.

Good staff, warm pool, great breakfast, bottle of beer or water on check in.
Hard to find and inconvenient parking.

Very friendly staff with clean hotel and comfortable rooms. Nice tropical pool area with very warm heated pool. Free breakfast was great. Located just off highway in New Tampa area, but hidden in office park.
