Everything from check-in to check-out, this hotel and staff could teach other hotels how hospitality should be.
I cannot think of one point.

This hotel is very friendly and makes you feel at home. This feeling is shared by other guests and this environment makes even a boring business trip a pleasurable trip.

Wish I could have stayed longer.

This place is great! A nice hotel with all kinds of amenities and no extra charges! I travel a lot, and just hate it when I fell I'm getting nickel and dime for everything from breakfast to parking to internet access. This place has it all plus dinner, a full kitchen, nice pool, hot tub and more. I will stay here again for sure.

Equipment in the gym.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean and attractive. Breakfast was good. Convenient location without being on a busy street or highway. I would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
Nothing.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a suite with 2 beds and a fold out couch and a complete kitchen, it was wonderful. My 2 daughters and four grandchildren were very comfortable and more.

Kitchen was unnecessary. No towels at pool.

Very good hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and large. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly. The pool was average but had a nice spa and the business center was fine.

It had a large refrigerator and a stove.
Did not have wireless internet.

Front desk service was great. Room was clean. Liked the lay out; comfortable bed. Hotel tucked back off the main road.

The room was up to my expectations; the housekeeping staff did a fine job.

Great location; excellent and prompt housekeeping service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be in the Brandon, Riverview, East Tampa areas for any purpose.
