I liked the fact that it had a kitchen - very spacious and comfortable.

I thought it was perfect for my needs I was bringing my daughter down to University - we had a lot of bags and went in and out and had plenty of room.

Only a double bed and a sleeper sofa.
Simple and no thrills. Did have a kitchen. Staff was actually very friendly and helpful. Hotel was fairly clean.

It was a smoking hotel and stunk, bad.
I would not choose to stay there again. It smelled bad and smelled like cigarettes. Everything from the sheets to the air pumping from the air conditioning stunk. There were NO products, no shampoo, no lotion, and no garbage can!

The staff was the friendliest I have ever met.
Bagels on weekdays but only coffee on the weekends.
I was very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to others. The staff went out of their way to accommodate all requests. The room was clean and very comfortable and the bathroom was big for a hotel.

The room was wonderful! It was huge,very modern and clean.
Wow is all I can say for the room. When I opened the door it was like I was in an apartment. Sofa,recliner, DVD player. I was so surprised to see it fully equipped with dishes, cups, silverware etc. The alarm clock was cool and the bed was very comfortable, I didn't want to get up! The decor was modern and nice. The coffee bar was very good. Oh and the Royal Palms were beautiful. read more

Clean spacious, comfortable, and it had everything I wanted.
Wish it was closer to where I wanted to be, but the hotel made up for it.
Clean spacious, comfortable, and it had everything I wanted. It's the third I've stayed at an extended stay chain, and they are great. It's a studio apartment.

The room is excellent and the staff at the front desk too.
They never did my bed nor empty the trash. They did not clean the room at all during my 3 days stay.
The facility is awesome for business and pleasure travel. It has an exercise room, a laundry room, a very nice pool, and is close to a water park and mall. The restaurants are near by with all kind of food and entertainment. It is a pity that they don't take care of the rooms until you leave the premises nor they let you know of what is available in the hotel like the continental breakfast and the time is available when you arrive. read more

Staff in am was helpful.
Smelled of smoke, tough characters hanging out.
When we attempted to check in at about 10 PM, the lobby smelled of smoke. We were told there were only 3 rooms available and they were all smoking rooms. My wife and I have asthma and cannot be around smoke or the smell. I have severe flare-ups.

The hotel was very nice and did offer us another room.
I liked the hotel. All the staff was very nice and we did have a slight problem and they got on it right away. Overall the hotel was good.
