The room was big, and they tried to update the bathroom.
It was a very outdated room and it smelled bad.
The room we stayed in was very outdated. There was a crayon border on the walls, and the beds were so uncomfortable! When we walked in the room it smelled of wet dogs and the air conditioning didn't work very well. Our patio door didn't open either. There isn't too much good I can say about this hotel. The only decent thing about the room, is that they "tried" to update the bathroom. I wouldn't stay here again. read more

Cheap price for a clean comfortable room.
It was an older establishment.
We had a clean room, fridge, iron & ironing board, wireless internet, over 60 channels on the TV and the kids got to swim all day. Older hotel but well everything was fine!

There is absolutely nothing that I liked about this hotel.
Roaches, broken light fixtures, dirty bathtub, being yelled out by the head of maintenance.
Aside from the broken light fixture, the disgusting bath tub, our room not being cleaned, the dead water bug (palmetto bug) on the bathroom floor, and the bug bites we had when we left. The thing that was the most terrible was literally being yelled at by the head of maintenance. I called customer service and received 0 empathy. I haven't even gotten so much as a, 'I'm sorry that you had that experience'. read more

It was close to the Spring Training Venue.
Bad maintenance inside and out, dirty halls, high crime area.
Since the Cleveland Indians will be moving next year, I can't imagine how this hotel could stay in business. It was OK because it was close to the Ball Park. Otherwise I would not stay here.

Nothing.
Everything.
After my husband put a chair under the door handle, we went to our bed. Kept one eye open all night.

Nothing.
Old, dirty and horrible service.
Second day they serviced the room. Left no towel, soap or cups. Called front desk. They said" If you want them you will have to come down here and get them". The third day they never touched the room. Beds were not made, towels not exchanged never cleaned. Talked to the manager and she said żI can't do anything about it"

Good value for the money.
Broken lock on outside door. Anyone could enter the hotel from the parking lot.
For the someone who needs a place to sleep, this was a good choice. Everything was there, towels, soap, shampoo, TV with cable, coffee machine, continental Breakfast, comfortable beds, working A/C, good shower. It was exactly what I wanted and better than I expected for the money.
