Best Western Summer Crest

This hotel had numerous awards, was spotless. All personnel spoke with a smile and even greeted you warmly in the hallways. The bathroom was sparkling clean the room smelled clean and fresh and since I have allergies, I have an acute sense of smell.

Pool was the size of a hot tub with cold water. The setting was surrounded by a rusty cyclone fence, next to the tool shed. The room was dank & depressing. The bed was old. I was forced to move from Hampton because I didn't book enough days. This is not comparable to Hampton.

The Best Western hotel was very clean and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful.

This hotel was a good one. The front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and to hotel itself is nice. I think that the only 2 complaints were the eggs at the breakfast (but all of the other food was good) and the lack of signs once you get off of the interstate. We would stay there again!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the room was not pleasant. A lock was missing from the door. The room smelled musty, damp. I punctured my foot on exposed carpet tacks. The hotel appears to be relatively new. Perhaps these problems will be repaired as time goes on.

Conveniently located off of I-75. Reasonably priced hotel. They keep it very clean. Breakfast is served, but we encountered spoiled fruit and stale milk. Bring your own food, but the place is quite comfortable otherwise for the budget minded traveler.

A clean and friendly hotel, once you find it! Tucked away, which is nice for peace, but very, very poorly signposted. An annoying metallic drip kept my wife awake for most of the night, I had to use ear plugs. The overnight staff was aware of this issue in other rooms (dripping from AC unit above a lower level room), so why they don't fix all the rooms is beyond me. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. read more
