It was convenient to where I needed to be.

The decor was very shabby and dirty looking.

The people are very friendly and helpful. The motel room is overall very shabby and dirty looking although it is cleaned daily. The carpet was filthy. And it had a very bad smell to the room.

Close to mall.

Rooms are very dark.

The real problem I had is that I paid for the room the Albany Inn staff charged me again. They did not understand that I had already paid for the reservations and did not know how to look it up. I am still trying to get this double charge corrected. I am staying their again this week and sure could use some help with the management staff on correcting this problem.
