Nice, attractive, comfortable room and bed.
Lack in communication at front desk.
My husband and I had a photo shoot early the next morning so decided to stay the night in Athens. The Comfort Suites were better than I expected for the price (hotels closer to downtown were much higher and not as nice). Proximity to downtown is a little far. Overall a great stay!

The location of the hotel was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.
I can't say that there was anything that I didn't like about the hotel.
Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were pleased with the room and that it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we would recommend it to our friends.

We were charged $99 for a supposedly broken chair in our room. Breakfast was pathetic - a few pieces of white toast, canned fruit cup and a few boxes of cereal. The lobby and room had a strong odor of cleaning fluid.

Lobby, breakfast area and pool.
Noise, breakfast.
The room was extremely small-almost claurophobic and I am not claustrophobic. Room next to stairway and children running hallways and stairs until 11:30 pm and it shook the picture on the wall everytime the door slammed. They started again at 7:30am. I had less than 3 hours worth of sleep. Upon checkout not one question was asked about my stay.

The hotel furnishings were extremely luxurious, and the suites were spacious.
Some of the adjoining guests were loud, teenagers at a convention.
The hotel was a perfect choice for our overnight Academic Team trip. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the hotel furnishings were extremely luxurious. It was a beautiful, comfortable hotel! Even though the entire hotel seemed to be full (the parking lot was full), most of the guests were polite and respectful. There were teenagers in an adjoining room who were a little loud. read more

It was very clean and nicely decorated.
The bed was a little too firm and there was only one pillow per person.
The neighborhood was a little scary, but I did not feel my safety was threatened in any way. The staff was friendly and attentive. The decor was very nice.

The decor was very upscale, everything was extremely clean - I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
Nothing and the price was great!
I would highly recommend this hotel - we were in Athens for a wedding - it was a good location and the amenities are great. I would definitely stay here again. The decor was very upscale and pretty. The room was beautiful and clean - very modern and up-to-date with granite countertops, etc.
