It was in a convenient location. I liked the free shuttle service.
The entire 3rd floor hallway and the non-smoking room wreaked with smoke. The pastry in the dining room was stale and filled with ants.

It did not smell clean and I would never eat there. I liked the convenient location to the airport, but that's about it.

Staff, price & location made this hotel ideal for an overnight layover perfect!

Driver and front desk clerk went above and beyond to be accommodating. Even drove us to a great nearby restaurant, breakfast was satisfying. Customer service was excellent on both shifts which seems rare these days.

Room was clean.
Problem with parking situation.

I called before choosing this hotel and was told that I could park for seven days since I was flying out of Atlanta. On arrival, not only was I told the parking was for a fee, but the clerk lectured me on how I should make notes of these conversations.

Excellent value for the money.
Inadequate parking in front.

My wife and I needed a stopover spot traveling from Greensboro, NC to Panama City, FL. We had stayed at another place on this same trip a couple months earlier. We paid more and got a lot less than was available at this hotel. We would stay there again.

Within 10-20 minutes of the attractions we visited.
You could not take breakfast to your room, but you could have food in your room.

Overall, nice hotel for the price and breakfast was included. Not a kid-friendly hotel-meaning I sent my son and his friend downstairs to get washed clothes and towels and they ask for 5 instead of 4 and the staff was rude and only gave them 4 because that's how many people should be in the room. Did not allow us to take our breakfast back to our room.

Dirty sheets on bed.

Room appeared to be clean but by finding dirty sheets on the bed I can't recommend this hotel.
