The staff excellent customer service.
You have to pay for parking and didn't know till I got there.
Very professional manager they worked with me to add another night. Great food and surrounding restaurants.

Nothing.
This hotel was not very good. The staff is very rude and was not helpful at all. The restaurant was horrible and the service was awful.

The staff was very friendly.
I had to pay $10 for parking each night and the bed was hard.
Overall a nice hotel, but my room was a bit noisy, could hear everything in the hall and trucks going by all night long. I would have preferred a 2 1/2 star hotel rather than the upgrade I did not ask for.

I liked the staff's efficiency when I need something. My check in was quick and easy.
I think the pool area should stay open a little later.
The Doubletree is one of my favorite hotels and this one met and exceeded my expectations because the staff was friendly and helpful and the Priceline deal was the best. I love Doubletree cookies. I would like to do the same deal for Halloween weekend.

Hotel staff was very friendly and nice, especially the restaurant staff. The made me a breakfast item no longer on menu. It was awesome!
Room smelled weird and didn't seem clean to me. I think the hotel may be on the older side and is just worn.

Great value.
Restaurant and parking fee.
Fairly typical upscale hotel in airport area. The restaurant was a disappointment. Not all menu items available and food very marginal in tastiness.
