Staff! The airport had been shut down and the staff was still great!
Elevators were worn and looked dirty.

Very comfortable bed. Great staff! Shuttle to airport was superb.

Very helpful staff, attractive and clean room, excellent shuttle service to the airport, lobby area and breakfast were excellent.

We stayed overnight in order to catch a flight early the next morning. I would not mind returning to this hotel on our next stay in Atlanta for pleasure. The hotel was very attractive, both in the lobby area and in the room. Airport shuttle service was every thirty minutes 24/7 and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Breakfast was Great.
Very Slow Elevators,Creepy Area.

I guess this was an average hotel, but there was a lot going on in the lobby and the elevators were very slow. Some teenagers actually got stuck between floors in one of them. I would not stay here again.
