No vending machines.
When the checked into the room, it was very stinky with smoke. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room. So I went to the front desk to get a new room. We got one. When using the kitchen sink, I ended up standing in a pool of water. Upon opening the cabinet underneath, there was evidence of a leak having never being fixed. The leak had cause a severe mold problem inside the cabinet. How could the cleaning crew have missed this repeatedly. read more

Convenience to where I was working.
The room odor.
I had requested a non-smoking room, but I got a smoking room. It really smelled bad. I requested a room change and was told there was nothing available and given an air freshener spray. I purchased additional odor killers just to get rid of the smell. Also, the room had no silverware - fortunately I had some in my car.

Put a small broom & other cleaning tools in the rooms for extended stay.

Room and bath were clean. Cookware, dishes, and silverware was available in kitchen Staff were friendly and helpful with reservation.
There was no dish detergent provided to wash any used dishes, cookware, or silverware.
I have stayed in this hotel on several occassions and always requested a non-smoking room. I have always found the rooms clean and not smelling of smoke and this stay was no exception. The kitchenette was stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, toaster, and coffeepot plus appliances. The front desk clerks are friendly and helpful.

The service.
I paid for the refresh service on the room it did not get done. The manager refunded my money and promised me he would have the room cleaned for me. That did not happen. The room was dirty when we checked in. I will not be staying there again.
