Liked the lobby design and decor.
Staff not a personable as should be.

I enjoyed my choice for what I chose as one of Atlanta's romantic hotels. I would recommend the visit and stay for the experience. The lobby was very romantic and luxurious. The rooms stylish! The front desk staff appeared slightly cold and disingenuous. One front desk no name mentioned seemed disinterested on customer greeting and another staff came off not courteous as to what I expected for the Kimpton experience. read more

Nicest place I've ever stayed in.
Bathroom door doesn't lock, just slides closed.

Classy place, most comfortable hotel bed I've been in. Flat screen
TV in the room. Nice big bathroom and lots of local info in the rooms

The bathrobes were nice.

I loved my visit to this hotel. I plan to stay there again. The parking is pricey. I felt very comfortable, safe, and pampered. I am recommending the hotel my friends and family.

$30 parking.

I got a good deal on this hotel, not knowing that parking would be 50% of my room price. $30 forced valet parking is ridiculous. Nice hotel though.

The valet parking was a little longer wait time than should be. A few new guys training, so they weren't' as in sync as they could've been.

Very comfortable, with a high end feel. I would recommend to anyone.

Upscale hotel with excellent customer service and great employees.
Parking was pricey.

Top hotel for excellent price but the extras are definitely pricey (to be expected with this type of hotel). Employees and customer service put the hotel over the top. Will definitely stay here again.
