Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 14, 2010

I love Hyatt Place anywhere I travel. The hotel staff calls you by your name and steps around the counter to deliver your key. The rooms are all suites with HDTV.

Overall the hotel was okay. Standing in a lake of water while showering was disgusting. The toilet didn't flush right and required multiple flushes.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hyatt Place/Buckhead and were very happy with it. The hotel was immaculate and modern and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Classy, tasteful hotel with very comfortable beds. Rooms were excellent. Huge swivel TV, living room, and bar with small sink, plenty of counter space in bathroom. Easy access to plug in cell phone close to bed. Staff was excellent. The only slightly negative thing was that there was no direct entrance to the hotel from the parking garage. It was a relatively short walk across the front entrance outside area of the hotel to the front entrance. I didn't see a security guard in the parking garage area, however there was one at the hotel entrance.
